The primary key of the table is a composite one made up of the AppointmentDate and TimeSlot, columns. To record appointments you'd have an Appointments table with columns ContactID, AppointmentDate and TimeSlot, the latter two both of date/time data type. Say, which is again a single column table with the start time of all 15 minute time slots in the day in a TimeSlot column, also of date/time data type.

You firstly need an auxiliary calendar table of all available working dates, WorkdaysCalendar say, which is simply a table with a column of date/time data type, WorkDate say, stretching 10 years or so into the future. *** Email address is removed for privacy *** I know I'm looking to put a lot of information on this system but any help would be much appreciated. To figure out the relationships between all of the information that I currently have and trying to work out what information I would need (tbls, frms etc) to generate the physical appointment. All of the tables I am using are the ones that came with the Customer Service Template. I have searched everywhere I can think of to find a MS Access system like this (or even just a tutorial) but I cant seem to find one. You to send "Confirmation" and "Reminder" emails to the customer and allows you to record details about the appointment on the form.

I would like it to display the customer's contact details, show bookable dates and times (15 min intervals), have an overview of which appointments you have booked I, create pop-up reminders for the DB user, allow however, I am looking to create an Appointment Booking system which will allow you to Book, View, Edit and DeleteĪppointments relating to a specific contact. This works well for recording information about the customers etc. I'm currently using an edited version of the "Customer Service" Template.
